" We bought our house in Lo Santiago about ten weeks ago through Paul´s Places in the Sun. Paul, the owner of the business, took us to a number of houses that fitted our criteria over a couple of days and was very responsive to our feedback after each viewing and built on this, especially after the first day when none quite fitted the bill. On the second day, the selection had been refined and he had saved the best to the last. When we saw the house and garden, it was exactly what we wanted. The service we had from the star and throughout was excellent the whole process. After-sales support was excellent, and he has since helped us over a few minor issues relating to the purchase. We cannot fault him in any way and would wholeheartedly recommend him to a vendor or a purchaser. His knowledge of the area was excellent, and he provided a lot of useful information about each of the houses we viewed, the urbanisations and the area in general. " From our first introduction to Paul we were impressed with his professionalism both in appearance and attitude. He was extremely clear in outlining the terms of his service and his charges. " I first made conversation with Paul on Face Book when I was enquiring about Golf societies that would be good to join in the nearby area of La Torre. He responded quickly and gave me information on the societies and the best courses to play and which courses provided the best membership options. I then asked Paul which Property agents would be good as I wanted to purchase on La Torre. Luckily at the time his agency had a ground floor unit close to the 18th green, the parking lot also had a storage cage which I could store my personnel belongings and golf clubs when I rent the unit. The sale went through smoothly and Paul quickly answered any concerns I had. I'm still in contact with Paul and still ask him for advice which he kindly provides. Although I have never met Paul I feel as though I have known him for several years and look forward to meeting with in next February for a beer or 2 I have no hesitation to recommend Paul for your future property requirements.
