Six years ago, my wife and I embarked on a journey that would change our lives forever. Whilst spending another dark, cold, and miserable winter’s day in the UK, we decided that we needed to start looking for an alternative home in warmer climes. A friend of ours suggested we consider Murcia in Spain, and so the journey began. Many hours of research started before we decided to book our flights and have a look for ourselves. Long story short, we bought our first holiday home on that very first visit! Initially we used our home as a holiday base for 2 years and then moved here full time 4 years ago. In this time, we have sold and bought property a further two times so can confidently say we have experienced the whole selling and buying process. My experiences have helped me form a business model for Paul’s Places in the Sun. As a company, we are determined to afford our clients with excellent communication throughout the whole process (both selling and buying clients) and are always happy to go the extra mile. I am happy to say that I have made many good friends after spending time with clients and my wife, and I continue to enjoy many a social occasion with them
